• Drive improvements in Salesforce instance and related processes • Surface and implement process enhancements • Define and optimize cross-departmental workflows • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Sales/CRM tech stack • Support team's daily use of Salesforce and connected tools
• Prior experience with Salesforce administration, preferably with a SaaS company • Solid Excel skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • Salesforce certification, preferred • Experience implementing or maintaining Salesforce CPQ, a plus • Experience managing core tools in a GTM Tech stack (Gong, Outreach, Sales Nav, etc)
