• Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supervising clinical programs • Provides operational and clinical leadership • Conducts routine site visits and supervision for health centers • Ensures compliance with regulations and protocols • Provides coaching and development to center management team • Represents organization to other agencies or organizations
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Nurse Midwife training program. Master's degree preferable. • Current NYS license in good standing in the area of Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant. • Minimum of five years of relevant management, administrative, and program planning experience preferably in a health care environment. • Experience working with an electronic health record strongly preferred. • Current CPR certification strongly preferred. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in women’s health including reproductive health care desired
