Description

• Comply with all BSA/AML requirements and perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as requested • Add value to broker client base through knowledge of Plaza's products and guidelines • Answer client questions and provide training on company policies and regulatory requirements • Maintain contact with client base, gather financial documentation, and conduct on-site inspections • Track monthly rates, manage client contacts, update lock-in files, and provide training to the client base • Maintain a 40-hour work week commitment

Requirements

• High school diploma required; College degree desired • Minimum 5 years of experience in loan origination in the mortgage industry • Current producing client base strongly desired • Solid understanding of loan origination, underwriting processes, and mortgage industry standards • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Commitment to customer service and client relations • Analytical ability and proficiency in MS Office and Internet Browsers • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a clean driving record for travel
