Description

• Solicitation of new business for the company • Development of marketing materials • Recommending the approval of new brokers to the wholesale manager • Maintaining existing relationships with wholesale broker production sources • Providing training to client base • Conducting on-site inspections of client's premises • Monitoring company's computer-based register • Establishing controls to track monthly rates, lock-ins, and client contacts • Updating lock-in file and rate line information daily

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree desired • Minimum of five years of experience in loan origination • Current producing client base strongly desired • Solid understanding of wholesale loan origination, underwriting processes, and mortgage industry standards • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Professional demeanor • Strong attention to detail • Solid commitment to customer service • Analytical ability with an aptitude for figures • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Browsers • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a clean driving record required for travel
