Description

• As VP of Marketing within Podimetrics, lead all marketing activities related to patients, providers, and payers. • Open unfettered access to products for patients. • Develop impactful marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads. • Create go-to-marketing strategies across all channels. • Liaise with diabetes associations and legislative groups.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience as a VP or Senior Director working in a b2b Health Care Environment • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience successfully supporting, building and executing go-to-market plans for medium and large health care accounts. • Experience with B2B Healthcare Programs. • Understand the healthcare ecosystem including payer, Veterans, provider, consultant and employer personas to drive successful revenue delivery • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving customer and company success
