Description

• Create and execute campaigns to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel • Responsible for creating messaging and positioning, developing sales enablement materials, and working with the sales team for successful launch • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed • Develop and implement targeted audience building strategies to increase the quality and quantity of high-intent leads for clients • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategy • Lead and manage a team to execute initiatives and achieve company goals • Use data and analytics to identify key audience segments and create targeted campaigns for each segment • Measure the success of audience building campaigns using metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and ROI

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role in a B2B/SaaS company • Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and lead generation strategies • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions • Startup Experience a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
