Description
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans • Execute planning and forecasting processes across all departments • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to provide financial reporting, project budgeting, and future planning • Work with the team to enhance existing financial models • Partner with Accounting to provide support during the close process • Support creation of internal and Board-facing reporting of actual performance vs. Plan • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed • Partner with other members of the organization on special projects • Be a contributing teammate, invested in ensuring a high-functioning, inclusive team
Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of work experience in a financial analysis, business consulting, investment banking or other finance role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills • Familiarity with our finance tech stack (Drivetrain cloud-based financial planning, Netsuite ERP) is a plus • Familiarity with P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements; SaaS business model a plus • Experience partnering with the business to provide financial reporting, strategic insights, support process improvements, drive operational efficiencies • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional analytical mind; able to structure complex problems into component parts • Approach that demonstrates our values of passion, persistence, and integrity
