•rag & bone is looking for an Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team supporting the financial planning, forecasting and analysis process. •This candidate will work across the company with all departments and business leaders to enhance all forms of financial planning to aide leadership in driving key business decisions. •An ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at working across business functions, performing analysis in a fast-paced environment with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance •Minimum 2 - 4 years of finance or accounting experience; preferably in retail FP&A environment •Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient in PowerPoint and Word •Works well in a fast paced environment; effectively adapts to shifting plans and priorities •Results oriented and proven ability to work independently and autonomously with multiple functional areas •Self-starter with attention to detail and strong organizational skills •Able to communicate effectively and confidently with multiple levels of an organization, demonstrates strong business acumen •Customer service oriented; exhibits high level of responsiveness; readily understands and anticipates needs •Leverages business analysis and problem solving skills to identify root causes, spot implications and provide solutions and recommendations •Develops and maintains effective working partnerships
