Description

• Improve and action on high-priority People programs, potentially including: manager effectiveness and enablement, large employee experience projects, and systematic projects (performance review and promotion process, engagement surveys) • Serve as strategic director of all Compensation and Total Rewards initiatives, including: total rewards roadmap, compensation philosophy, equity refresh program, pay-for-performance considerations, executive compensation, and more • Build a People Analytics function: identify and track priority metrics through intuitive dashboards and develop plans to improve said metrics (e.g. regrettable and non-regrettable attrition, engagement score surveys, etc) • Lead large-scale People Operations projects, including identifying, selecting, and project managing migration to HRIS software that can power us through our next phase of growth • Work with leaders – from our most senior executives to frontline managers – to bring your work to life, assess impact, and iterate • Act as coach and trusted advisor to senior leaders, mid-level managers, and individual contributors

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a combination of non-People (consulting, finance, high-caliber tech operations) and People roles (HR, Operations, Compensation) • Strong analytical skills: ability to build complex financial models and distill distinct insights from said models; fluency in interpreting cap tables and P&L statements • Superior project management abilities: great at creating compelling strategies and programs, generating buy-in from stakeholders, and implementing them • Problem-solving guru: strong ability to identify opportunities to implement and improve processes to increase operational leverage • High IQ and EQ: you have a lot of intellectual horsepower and the ability to earn trust among leaders through perceptiveness, authenticity, and empathy • Top-notch written and interpersonal communication skills • Desire to work with other hardworking and supportive coworkers and not be a jerk
