Description

• Ramp’s Alliances Partner team focuses on partnerships with our large ERP partners and the SIs/VARs that serve them • As an early team member of a rapidly growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to help scale the go-to-market engine and strategy that fuels a key growth driver for the company • We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions for resellers and systems integrators, enabling and onboarding their team members, and driving consistent channel lead generation

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in partner marketing roles, with a focus on resellers or strategic alliances • Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions for resellers and systems integrators • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across the company • A history of exceeding lead generation and revenue targets through partner marketing initiatives • Bias for action and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
