Description

• Lead the day-to-day activities of marketing automation consulting service engagements with customers • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget, upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines and resources • Create and manage project plans, task dependencies, and critical paths • Assign / delegate work assignments to project team members • Monitor project progress and report on project status including deliverables, risks, changes, and issues • Ensure adherence to defined processes and quality assurance for all projects • Communicate with all stakeholders and provide prompt responses to requests and questions - no surprises! • Manage changes through the formal change order process • Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget • Facilitate retrospectives after completion of projects • Ensure project profitability, including resource management, billing/hours reconciliation, time approvals, etc. • Proactively identify potential problems and work to mitigate any risks • Identify opportunities for growth with clients • Serve as liaison between the company and client to ensure all targets and requirements are met • Work with resource managers to ensure project team members are set up for success and can maintain work/life balance while delivering on project commitments • Scope new projects and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle • Support business development efforts with both existing and new clients
