• Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for a book of existing law firm clients across the East Coast • Drive client interactions, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within accounts, aiming for a net retention target of 120%+ • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and an unparalleled customer experience • Work closely with Reorg's product team to identify and opportunities for product enhancements • Employ meticulous tracking and analysis of KPIs and product usage on accounts to formulate and implement appropriate relationship management strategies and territory planning
• 2+ years of progressive experience in an account management or customer-facing role, specializing in B2B solutions for small to medium sized law firms. • Ability to cultivate relationships and forge business partnerships. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and respond promptly to multiple ongoing workstreams. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Willingness to travel for client meetings throughout the assigned territory (East Coast). • Experience with Salesforce.
