Description

• We are seeking a full-time People Operations Lead to help identify, attract, evaluate, and onboard an all-star team as well as help build a platform for structured organizational development. In this capacity, you will build rePurpose Global's crucial connective tissue by shaping organizational design and strategy, leading talent management initiatives, and driving a culture of high performance, urgency and engagement. You will be working closely with the Co-Founders and leadership team, coordinating with and coaching and developing team members in all departments to deliver on your objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
