Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with Revv’s business objectives • Ensure the sales team has the tools, processes, and data they need to succeed • Streamline processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize efficiency and revenue • Establish and manage data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboards to monitor and optimize performance across all revenue-generating functions • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of RevOps tools and systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, etc.) • Work closely with leadership across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth • Build and lead a RevOps team as the company grows

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup • Deep experience in building and scaling RevOps functions from the ground up • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on using data to drive decisions and optimize performance • Ability to develop and execute a RevOps strategy that aligns with long-term business goals • Proficiency with RevOps tools and systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
