Description
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s finance, people, and revenue operations functions • Partnering with individuals across teams and levels • Create well-documented, repeatable systems that can effectively run on autopilot • Partner with our Commercial team to refine the go to market strategy
Requirements
• 4+ years of works experience, including 2 years of experience in finance or consulting and 2 years at a venture-backed company • Exposure to people operations and legal, such as benefits administration, contract negotiation with customers as well as external vendors • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Will reinforce a culture of excellence, raising the bar for those you work with • Thrive in ambiguity, operate independently, and are able to effectively prioritize multiple workstreams • Enjoy working cross functionally and solving the challenges your colleagues face • BA or BS required
