Description
• As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) • You will be responsible for leading our Revenue Operations (Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing and GTM Enablement) team • You will work closely with the CRO’s direct reports (GTM Leadership Team) and cross functional partners (including Business Technology, Data, Deal Desk, EPD, & Strategic Finance) to help grow & scale the GTM organization • You will build, optimize and analyze the internal infrastructure for revenue generation • You will surface key analysis and insights to the CRO, GTM Leadership Team, and cross functional leaders on the status of the GTM business • You will develop operational excellence and strong stakeholder management by streamlining the team’s process for intaking & prioritizing requests, iterating on its roadmapping & planning process, and creating visibility on projects & initiatives • You will be the point of contact in GTM for its technology stack - this includes partnering with BizTech & Data on all technology milestones for GTM tools • You will partner closely with GTM leadership on the enablement strategy for our GTM team • You will own the weekly sales forecast of the GTM business as well as partner closely with Finance on the GTM planning processes
Requirements
• 10+ years of Revenue Operations experience and 5+ years of management experience • Experience working across a GTM organization, which includes scaling RevOps teams • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across GTM as well as Business Technology, Data, Deal Desk, EPD, and Strategic Finance • Team player who is able to operate at an executive level and also roll up their sleeves and working with their team/stakeholders on day to day operations • Strong self-starter who operates with proactively, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills
