• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base • Drive opportunity growth through outbound marketing • Manage our inbound leads • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Be a creative and analytical voice • Other marketing support • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience • Highly motivated and target drive with a proven track record in sales • Excellent prioritization, time management, communication, and organizational skills • Relationship management skills • Self-starter and self-motivated to consistently achieve or exceed goals • Demonstrated success working as remote/hybrid team member • Someone who is open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve • Attention to detail • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with the sales team members
