Description

• Oversee the strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of TikTok Shop advertising campaigns whose profile aligns with AVAM values, aesthetics, and target demographic. • Act as the primary point of contact for TikTok, responding to DM and inquiries to ensure they receive adequate communication and support. • Manage, organize and prepare content for TikTok and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Extensive experience with TikTok advertising and campaign management, and digital marketing ideally in the fashion/retail industry. • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, best practices, and emerging trends. • Analytically proficiency to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Advance skills in photo and video editing, creating TikTok will be a significant advantage • Strong understanding of TikTok strategy and content creation, with the ability to assess and grow following organically • Excellent communication skills with the strong ability to negotiate effectively. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adaptable with high energy • Independant, motivated, takes initiative and is highly result-driven
