Description

• Represent RF Connect in a consultative role, aligning solutions with customer needs • Identify and close new business • Manage and up-sell existing accounts • Perform sales and technical discussions with clients • Be part of communication initiatives from proposal to implementation • Establish, build, and manage client relationships • Interact with customers at the technical level • Remain current on relevant technical information • Identify existing DAS venues and propose support plans • Conduct client presentations and prepare proposals and documents • Apply RF Connect standard processes throughout wireless solution design and fulfillment • Perform various activities and functions to support the company

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales with complex, high technology solutions • Experience in one of the following industries: Telecommunications, Networking, Wireless, Cellular, Facility • Ability to work as a team member • Customer oriented • Effective communication skills • Strong business acumen • Analytical skills • Relationship building skills • Negotiation skills • Experience in motivating oneself and others • Self-motivated • Energetic • Honest and integrity • Innovative thinker • Goal-oriented • Self-confident • Ability to utilize sales ability • Detail-oriented • Competitive • High school diploma required (Bachelors degree preferred) • Business travel required
