Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully scaling new markets or offerings within a consulting environment • Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Salesforce cloud-based solutions • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams of consultants, sales executives, and solution architects • Extensive experience leading high-level sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions • Proven business development skills with the ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations • Strong business operations acumen, including developing forecasts and/or business plans, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with expert presentation abilities • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
