Description

• Serve as a consultant on human resources management, organizational changes, and organizational planning. • Partner with Go-to-Market leadership to develop and implement HR strategies. • Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and other HR aspects. • Lead talent management processes and facilitate talent reviews. • Provide guidance on employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and employee development. • Utilize data to identify organizational health trends and influence business leaders. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. • Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in HR as an HR Business Partner. • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market strategies in a high-growth environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. • Ability to develop strong relationships with senior leaders. • Deep knowledge of HR practices, talent management, performance management, and employee relations. • Confidence and expertise with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
