Description

• Selling Care Navigation solutions to self-funded employers • Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer • Identifying potential new clients and managing the sales process • Driving the RFP process to analyze client needs and solution fit • Building and maintaining key prospect and channel relationships • Providing insight about prospective opportunities to internal teams • Working with internal departments to develop go to market strategies • Finalizing contract terms and translating proposals into agreements • Reporting sales activities using Salesforce.com • Participating in business events, conferences, and seminars

Requirements

• 5+ years sales/account management experience in health plan, benefits consulting, or network solutions • 2+ years benefit solution direct-to-employer/TPA/broker sales experience • 2+ years managing consultant & broker relationships • Proven track record within benefits solution space sales driving year-over-year growth • Strong independent accountability showcasing follow-up and follow-through skills • Demonstrated knowledge of employer, TPA, broker and consultant sales • Current and substantive knowledge of employee benefit solutions • Proficiencies in Google suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other industry-related tools
