Description

• Rokt’s Customer Operations team ensures the long-term health of its network • Manage Rokt’s complex implementations and internal processes during hypergrowth • Focus on content moderation and quality assurance across the Rokt network • Use Jira for coordination and develop robust quality assurance skills • Become a familiar expert in Rokt's products, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, etc.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree • French, German and Japanese speakers are a plus, but are not required! • Project management - highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively • Reacts well when placed under stressful conditions or pressure • Positive attitude and able to enjoy the work they do • Effective communicator - able to simplify and effectively explain complex solutions • Creative problem solver - approaches all projects and tasks with a creative mindset in order to determine the appropriate solution • Bonus points for technical experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript, JSON, XML, with some familiarity with API integrations
