Description
• Identify and document business requirements for the claims management process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of the claims management process. • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Establish and enforce quality standards for claims management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. • Collaborate with claims adjusters, evaluators, and other stakeholders to streamline and improve the claim segmentation workflow. • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the estimating platform and claim evaluation processes. • Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the claims management procedures. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround times. • Lead and manage specific segments of the property claims process. • Assist in creating training material for claims adjusters and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of claims management systems and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications a plus. • 7 – 10 years proven experience in program management and claims adjusting, specifically with property claims. • Strong understanding of best practices and data associated with claims management process outcomes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize processes for increased efficiency and accuracy. • Able to perform work with limited supervision, while possessing the ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily workflow and project assignments to meet specified deadlines.
