• Collaborate closely with R&D leadership and partner functions • Design and build the processes and tools needed • Drive special projects including refreshing marketing content • Launch and manage initiatives that improve operations • Design and own product communications strategy
Requirements
• 10+ years of work experience, including 4+ years of experience in management consulting • MBA preferred but not required • Experience working with senior and executive leadership • Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations • Advanced decision-making skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly • Strong people and thought leadership; ability to develop, mentor and coach others • Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced, cross-regional, diverse, and dynamic work environment
