ā€¢ This role serves two key functions: - Deeply understanding our clients' problems, advising them on their technical talent needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their unique requirements. You'll collaborate closely with our Business Development team, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed client expectations. - Engage directly with customers in a pre-sales capacity to understand their full-stack AI solution requirements and articulate how Sand's technology stack integrates into the client's platform. ā€¢ Architecting and designing solutions that meet customer business needs and presenting them in a clear and concise manner ā€¢ Immersing yourself in our clients' business landscapes, identifying challenges, and devising innovative solutions to address their pain points effectively. Utilizing your technical expertise and sales acumen, you'll deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of our services ā€¢ Develop SOW of the proposed solution ā€¢ Act as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships based on your expertise. Your guidance will be instrumental in collaborating with the business development team to ensure that client objectives align seamlessly with our solution offerings; ā€¢ Engage directly with customers in a pre-sales capacity to understand their full-stack AI solution requirements and articulate how Sand's technology stack integrates into the clients platform; ā€¢ Act as a technical liaison between customers, and the internal product development team providing insights on customer features and enhancement requests into core product offerings; ā€¢ Drive presales client discussions on solution architecture and articulate technical risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

ā€¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) ā€¢ 10+ years of experience in software development, web technologies, Solutions Architect role or similar ā€¢ Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ā€¢ Prior Director level or higher Engineering role ā€¢ Prior startup and scale-up experience ā€¢ Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus ā€¢ Exposure to data engineering and warehousing, including data ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval ā€¢ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously ā€¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
