Description

• Partnering with sales team to build relationships with brokers and carrier partners • Assisting with revenue growth of the organization • Recruitment/Training of Individual and Medicare Brokers • Establishing new referral pipelines for ACA and Medicare sales • Collaborating with Marketing team for broker engagement efforts • Attending carrier trainings and industry related events

Requirements

• Active Health and Life Insurance License required • 3 – 5 years of ACA and/or Medicare insurance experience • BA/BS preferred but not required • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude a must • Ability to interact at a peer level with business owners and executives • Strong business acumen required • Personal transportation • Professional home office environment for virtual client meetings
