Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage assigned territories • Proactively prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads • Create and execute innovative sales strategies and tactics • Become an expert on our platform and the many products available • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related insurance experience, preferably at least partially at an insurtech • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Stellar prospecting and networking skills, preferably an existing network of agents and MGAs/wholesalers to tap into • Proven ability to work remotely and seamlessly with multiple internal teams
