• Oversee strategic and operational success of partnerships • Manage, motivate, and galvanize the success of the Partnerships Strategy & Operations team • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that benefit SevenRooms and a key partner • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives and ensure they are executed efficiently

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales with a client-facing focus • Proven track record in coaching, driving accountability, and developing talent across teams • Ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment • Strong executive communication skills, capable of influencing strategy and execution at all levels • Experience building effective relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic development • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Deep understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to offer strategic solutions
