• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for state-level government agencies • Lead product scoping and development efforts, working closely with engineering and product teams • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop a thesis for business positioning • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including state officials and potential partners • Lead operations, legal research, and contracting processes for state-level engagements, developing the playbook to eventually hire and lead a state team • Identify and attend relevant conferences and events to supplement GTM strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation • Drive pre-sale activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine our product offerings and strategy
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or product management roles, preferably in B2G or B2B SaaS companies • Proven track record of successfully launching new products or entering new markets • Strong understanding of government technology landscape and procurement processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively • Passionate about civic technology and improving government services
