Description
• Generate construction sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with national retail and franchise chains. • Manage existing relationships and handle new sales calls • Engage with and attend networking associations and events. • Evaluate and update all internal documents for branding consistency.
Requirements
• 10+ years in commercial real estate, construction, and/or tenant improvements • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or similar (ideal, not a requirement)
