• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners • Educate them on how Sparrow’s solution can solve their pain points, needs, and challenges • Drive revenue by mastering value deck presentation and product demo • Simplify the process through storytelling and articulating value • Leverage sales tech stack to enhance sales skills • Close business and achieve quota attainment • Be the voice of customers by providing feedback to cross-functional teams • Work closely with implementation and leave specialists to ensure smooth transition for new customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience • Track record of exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets • Bonus points for experience selling to HR professionals and closing complex deal cycles • Highly self-directed and adaptable • Desire to define and optimize go-to-market strategy • Ability to educate customers on Sparrow's value • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
