• Full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive • Partner with SDRs to find new opportunities • Prospect, run discovery calls/demos, negotiate, and close new business • Understand use cases and sell across multiple departments and industries • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, manage business organized fashion, strive for feedback with a growth mindset
• 5+ years of Account Executive experience in the Enterprise segment, with a track record of success in a SaaS-based sales role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and convey the value proposition of Squint’s platform • Ability to understand clients' needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful deals and achieve sales targets • Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and be open to adapt to changes and challenges • A self-driven individual who can work independently and take the initiative to generate leads and drive sales
• Competitive Salary • OTE Range: $240k – $280k • Equity: 0.02% - 0.04%
