Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive, Sponsorships to join our growing team. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by securing sponsorships and fostering partnerships with businesses looking to maximize their brand exposure. If you are a hustler with excellent communication and sales skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. • Be a hunter, constantly identifying new opportunities for sponsorship and ad space sales; developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of sponsorship opportunities. • Exceed your goal, responsible for a large book of business, $3million in annual sales. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to showcase packages and create engaging presentations. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and clients. • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for sponsor inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

• You have 3-5 years experience in a B2B sales role; bonus points if you have proven experience in sponsorship sales, advertising sales, or a similar role. • You have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and are comfortable forging relationships with executives. • You are a self-starter, who thrives in a metrics driven environment, exceeding your goal. • You take ownership of your role, and are comfortable driving campaigns in Salesforce or similar CRM. • You have sold products with six figure price tags, and can effectively explain the ROI to leadership.
