Description

• Develop and refine architecture plans that align with client needs for security, scalability, and fault tolerance. • Advocate for and implement best practices in security and architecture design. • Serve as the lead technical contact during the post-sales phase, providing expertise in StrongDM’s technologies. • Work directly with customers to integrate StrongDM solutions into their existing environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the deployment process. • Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback on customer experiences. • Work with our Education team to create and augment detailed documentation and deployment guides.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, systems engineering, particularly in post-sales or implementation roles • Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders. • Ability to understand how technical concepts help achieve business goals • Demonstrated track record of persuading technical audiences to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions • Experience with major cloud provider technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and system integration • Experience with systems automation, e.g. IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and Scripting (python, powershell, bash, particular language not important) • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
