Description
•Lead, manage, and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment with expertise in React, React Native, and back-end technologies. •Oversee the full mobile and web application development lifecycle, including planning, requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end considerations for both platforms (mobile and web). •Drive the technical direction for the team, defining architecture, best practices, and coding standards for both front-end (React, React Native) and back-end development. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional mobile and web experiences, ensuring a cohesive experience across the entire consumer-facing technology stack. •Conduct code reviews for both front-end (React, React Native) and back-end development, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring code quality is maintained. •Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in React, React Native, mobile app development, and relevant back-end technologies. •Develop and implement performance optimization strategies for both the front-end (React, React Native) and back-end of mobile and web applications. •Manage project timelines and resources effectively. •Identify and mitigate potential risks. •Track key metrics and report on team performance.
Requirements
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering management or a related field, with experience leading full-stack development teams. •Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing software development teams. •In-depth knowledge of React development principles and best practices (for both web and mobile - React Native). •Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile preferred). •Experience with mobile app architecture and design patterns. •Solid understanding of back-end development concepts, technologies, and APIs (e.g., Node.js, C#, Python, Java, etc.). •Experience with building and maintaining RESTful APIs. •Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. •Passion for building high-quality and user-centric mobile and web applications. •Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer
