Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for generating new business and expansion pipeline for our global enterprise sales business • Drive the activation strategy and calendar for integrated, full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns • Own campaign activation via email, webinars, events, content, partners, and third-party programs, with an emphasis on scaled digital experiences • Collaborate closely with other leaders driving pipeline across Paid Marketing, Web Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to continuously monitor and forecast pacing to target, diagnose issues, and implement creative strategies to fill gaps where needed • Partner with sales and sales development teams to optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel, from lead to marketing-qualified lead (MQL), sales-qualified lead (SQL), opportunity, and close. • Implement strategies to enhance lead qualification processes and increase the efficiency of pipeline progression • Analyze holistic integrated campaign performance in partnership with Marketing Analytics, to understand how we can optimize by channel, tactic, persona, segment, region, and more • Foster a culture of continuous testing and optimization within the demand generation team to improve ROI and drive efficiency gains.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience at B2B SaaS companies, with expertise in demand generation for a PLG business model • 5+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams • Demonstrated success in running multi-channel campaigns targeting the North America and EMEA regions, consistently achieving pipeline targets • Proven track record collaborating effectively with sales teams to optimize down-funnel metrics from opportunity to close • Excellent analytical skills, experience using Salesforce and Tableau for reporting preferred, and a solid understanding of multi-touch attribution methods • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate a global, complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
