• Deliver Profitable Sales Growth: enable delivery of plan by providing critical day to day operational support as it relates to order management, item maintenance, set up and various reporting • Support and ensure timely and accurate management and processing of deductions/invoices for customers • Customer Centricity: Support sales team with administrative tasks related to customer selling including sample coordination, system set up, and many ad hoc needs to support day to day business • Establish strong trusted relationship with retailers cross functionally at analyst, coordinator, accounts payable level to drive strong execution • Partner with supply team on order management including logistics/fines fees • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting within retailer system to provide visibility to inventory, out of stocks, sales trends, forecast, etc • Innate curiosity and desire to find creative solutions while learning new aspects of business
• Bachelor's Degree preferred • Location: remote • 1-2 years in customer service, sales or finance coordinator or similar position • Basic analytical acumen with Microsoft Windows skills required (Excel, Outlook, etc) including experience building reports in Excel • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment • Customer Focused- ability to work collaboratively on a team and independently with minimal supervision. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
