Description

• Provide technical support for end-user desktop • Active Directory Administration including account management, maintenance • Microsoft 365 advanced administration including E-mail, SharePoint, and Teams • Provide support for level 1 and 2 ticket escalations • Provide support for client projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, VPN rollouts, etc. • Create resolution documentation for complex technical issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills • Superior communication and customer service skills • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Office Suite, and Windows 10/11 • Mac experience is a plus • A+, Sec +, MS 365 Certified: Fundamentals or equivalent certification
