Description

• Accelerate Thalo Labs’ sales cycles within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) space • Research, test, and implement new sales models and tools • Manage our full sales cycle, including sourcing and qualifying leads, delivering demos, and closing deals • Serve as a customer advocate within Thalo, surfacing customer questions, requests, and feedback to our engineering and commercialization teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in software, proptech, or climatetech sales and business development • Passion for tackling climate change and promoting sustainability • Demonstrated success across the sales funnel, from lead generation to close • Experience wearing multiple BD and Sales hats at an early stage startup • High technical aptitude and ability to sell the value proposition of Carbon Dioxide removal (CDR) within the built environment
