Description

• We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Broker Partnerships to lead our efforts in growing, managing and enhancing our relationships with tenant rep and landlord agent brokers in the United States. • This strategic leadership role will encompass account management, sales, performance monitoring, and global collaboration to drive growth and innovation. • The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and maintaining revenue generating broker partnerships across Instant Group's different lines of business, as part of the Partnerships team.

Requirements

• Lead the Broker Partnerships practice in the Americas, the strategic planning process and facilitate executive alignment on corporate vision, objectives, and initiatives. • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across business units to understand needs and promote collaboration. • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for broker partners, gathering valuable feedback to enhance our services and fostering enduring trust-based relationships for mutual satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance products and processes, identifying opportunities for streamlined operations and improved offerings, and contributing to the development of new business strategies and initiatives. • Responsible for contributing to additional revenue streams generated through broker audiences (Transactional opportunities with tenants, transactional opportunities with landlords, Lead Generation, Data & new revenue streams) whilst aligning key focus areas to Instant’s Blueprint and protecting Instant’s goal of being an indispensable partner. • Drive the sales process, from generating leads to successful closure, by developing and executing effective strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partners and business opportunities. • Oversee the management and growth of large brokerage accounts and develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Establish performance metrics and monitoring processes to track the success of broker partnerships.
