Description

• Ensure complete data accuracy across platforms, focusing on effective segmentation and utilization for business management and growth. • Oversee the end-to-end email production process in Marketo, encompassing planning, asset creation, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis. • Govern, manage, and administer Salesforce and Marketo systems, including automation, campaign design, and database hygiene. • Maintain and enhance our solutions architecture, supporting the marketing and sales functions through strategic integrations and efficient system workflows. • Lead the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, optimizing lead acquisition, pipeline management, and reporting processes. • Work closely with Finance, Revenue Ops, and Marketing to ensure alignment with corporate structures, campaign deliverables, and system enhancements. • Provide first-line support for internal users, contribute to the marketing knowledge base, and engage in continuous improvement of our GTM systems and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience at a fast growth company in a customer success, business support or similar role • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines • An ownership mentality and strong work ethic that you bring to work every day • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong customer empathy and care for our workers • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting customer expectations, and building customer relationships • Grit and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills • 3+ years of marketing automation experience using Marketo • 3+ years of expertise in Salesforce usage and marketing administration, especially in building Salesforce dashboards and setting up campaign attribution programs. • Ability to design, test, document, deploy, and maintain third-party integrations with Salesforce. • Ability to design and deploy effective reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution. • Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, and how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes • Understand business operations issues and figure out how to build it within Salesforce and the systems that touch Salesforce • Proficiency in HTML/CSS • Proficiency in Apex • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
