Staff Product Designer, Clinician Experience

Controller

Build and lead accounting operations for a high-growth mental health care company.

• Two Chairs is looking for a Controller to build out and lead our accounting function and team.
• You will report directly to the VP of Finance and own the company’s accounting function, including internal and external financial reporting, monthly/quarterly close, financial operations, tax, treasury, and management of key financial systems and processes.
• This role is perfect for a dynamic and driven individual ready to build an accounting function that is efficient, scalable, and ready to support the company’s ongoing rapid growth.
• You will partner closely with the VP of Finance, FP&A, cross-functional peers, and other company executives on everything from accounting and reporting matters to shaping the future of our financial strategy.

Lead product strategy and integration efforts for healthcare revenue cycle management.

• Lead planning, budgeting & reporting • Design and build financial processes that are scalable and sustainable
