Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing innovative recruitment strategies • Strong relationship management skills • Ability to work within a high growth environment • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - we use Rippling • Experience within the Tech Industry is advantageous • Up to date knowledge of recruitment best practices in an in-house setting • Strong customer focus and able to build relationships with people of all levels • Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
