Description
• Lead product development from ideation through launch • Drive strategic thinking for the end-to-end user journey across our apps • Define and analyze metrics to guide product driven development • Collaborate as a lead with cross-functional peers to drive product strategy • Integrate user research and market analysis into product thinking to continue to innovate and improve Uniswap products • Understand the competitive landscape and ensure our products align with Uniswap's mission and are recognized as best in class • Act as a product mentor and expert within the company
Requirements
• 6+ years of product management experience working on consumer products • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to lead and define product strategy and roadmap • Experience using Uniswap and other crypto trading products • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills • A proven track record of shipping impactful consumer product at scale
