Description

• Assist and coordinate social media, content development, streaming marketing, digital advertising and social media development for exclusive artist roster • Support Digital Marketing Director and Marketing Lead on reporting analytics to measure effectiveness of campaigns and make informed recommendations. • Coordinate with the Marketing team in conceptualizing and implementing effective influencer and digital advertising campaigns • Test, assess and update best practices to increase consumption and fan engagement. • Brainstorm and execute campaigns that uniquely leverage UnitedMasters network of influencers to promote priority releases. • Develop a reputation as a go-to positive person who is constantly resourceful with a great attitude. • Attend company meetings in connection with assigned projects, take thoughtful and thorough notes, and provide the team with timely feedback and follow-up regarding any action items • Work between internal departments to execute and bring to life marketing assets • Implement marketing strategies across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and other online destinations • Construct artist social platform analysis, optimizations, and brainstorms through analytical deep dives • Set up vendors and process invoices • Organize, catalog and distribute all release assets

Requirements

• Creative, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. • Must be able handle taking on weekly tasks independently while being able to work collaboratively with the digital and marketing Leads. • A team player that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help out the team. • Entry level knowledge of music streaming landscape • Basic knowledge of experience with social platforms' latest updates and features. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be able handle taking on weekly tasks independently while being able to work collaboratively with the digital and marketing Leads. • Clear pulse in social media trends and latest happenings.
