Description
• As Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the Co-founder & CEO and collaborate on high-level strategy work with leadership. • Work cross-functionally to support key initiatives across the company. • Own the execution of the company’s operating model — All Hands, Board Meetings, OKRs, etc. • Help build our fast-growing team and ensure we have a world-class culture.
Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, finance, investing, and startup operations (healthcare experience is a nice-to-have). • Based in NYC or willing to relocate, and can be in the office at least 3 days a week. • Considered founding a company one day so you want to work closely with founders. • Passionate about Nourish’s mission and interested in healthcare/nutrition. • Willing to work hard, striving for greatness. • Strong executive presence and communication skills (oral and written). • Analytical and data-oriented, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge a plus. • Thrive with ownership of projects and willing to manage both big and small responsibilities. • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, balancing day-to-day and strategic initiatives. • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and exceptional communicator in writing and live situations. • Believe work should feel like play and committed to building a world-class team and culture.
