Requirements

• Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD • At least 4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup • Deep experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and process management skills • Know how to leverage data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform your strategy • Aptitude for learning new systems
