Description

• Making outbound/business-to-business calls, evangelizing and educating potential customers of the value of User Interviews. • Leveraging emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to set meetings with prospects. • Follow-up on inbound leads so that we can continue to develop marketing efforts and generate sales. • Qualifying and initiating relationships with new leads • Complete daily and weekly reports and maintain customer records in Salesforce (CRM) • Identify new business opportunities. • Undertaking associated administration tasks as and when required • Exceed sales targets as set by Sales Management Team • Collaborate with Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. • Collaborate on daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work. • Run consultative discovery calls that introduce User Interviews to our prospects, gather key information, and produce relevant insights for our Account Executives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years professional experience - in B2B tech sales or another environment in which you’ve proved your commercial instincts. • Has a track record of over-achievement - whether in sales, academically, in sports or in another aspect of their life and willing to learn. • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is comfortable with ambiguity • Passion for learning and personal growth • Excellent communication skills and empathy • Strong work ethic • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • Loves connecting with people and finds joy in helping them articulate their needs • Technically savvy (experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Slack, Asana is highly desired) • Excited about working remotely • Can demonstrate ambition with the desire to succeed • High level of self-motivation • Think companies should be obsessed with their customers! • Candidates must be authorized to work without any Visa Sponsorship.
