Description
• Ensure all human resources operations are carried out smoothly and effectively • Develop HR strategies and provide sound advice to senior management • Manage programs and lead staff with a strong strategic mindset • Enhance the significance of strategic HR within our organization
Requirements
• 10+ year's experience, ideally with a combo of established & new/startup companies • Experience in strategic planning and implementation • Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.) • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations • Excellent organization and leadership abilities • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to use metrics and analytics
